You book. We visit on time, measure accurately and discuss proportion, rail heights and fixing points in plain English. You receive your price there and then. With a 50% deposit, we place the order. Around 12 weeks later, the office schedules a fitting. Our carpenters protect floors, fit cleanly, caulk edges and remove packaging for recycling. You pay the balance on fitting day once you are happy.
