Generally the lead time is between 8 and 10 weeks but this can increase to 12 depending on whether the shutters are a custom shape or custom colour.

You can place an order by just ringing the office paying a deposit and confirming any details that are outstanding or paying by BACS and emailing the relevant information through.

50% deposit 50% final balance once the shutters are installed, or 25% deposit one month later 25% percent deposit and the 50% final balance paid once the shutters have been installed.

All of the guys that fit for us have had many years experience in the business, they only work for us and work to an extremely high standard, I would say they are probably the best in the business, if you look at some of the projects on the website this will give you an idea of the standard of work they do and the high end projects they have completed.

Standard shutters do not give complete blackout in a room as you have moving parts so you will always get light seepage, there is a very good quality blackout system that we can use in bedrooms and cinema rooms, if required.

Shutters can be installed onto any type of window if done properly, on standard windows most of the time you would not be fitting into the window but fitting into the plasterwork reveal.

You can have shutters in a bathroom, this is a specific waterproof product that comes with marine grade stainless steel hardware, it is 100% waterproof so can also be used in wet rooms

With our particular products, the shutters will last 25 to 30 years, if looked after, all of our products are of a very high quality and UV resistant also fitted to a very high standard, the warranty we give is five years parts and labour.

Each range comes in a particular set of colours, we can do custom colours in certain ranges also, so we could match in colour anything you like.
