Our process in detail

Initial enquiry

It starts when you get in touch. Our friendly office team will arrange a convenient time for your consultation.

Consultation and quote

Chris or Pete will visit your home to take precise measurements, discuss your needs, and talk you through suitable options. You’ll receive your quote there and then, so you can make an informed decision with no waiting and no pressure.

Follow-up

If we haven’t heard from you within about a week, Rick will make a gentle follow-up call to check if you have any questions. We never chase or hard-sell.

Placing your order

When you’re ready to go ahead, a 50% deposit secures your order.

Manufacturing

Your shutters are made to measure to your exact specifications. The current lead time is around 12 weeks, and we’ll keep you informed along the way.

Installation

When your shutters arrive, our team will contact you to arrange fitting. We’ll confirm how long it will take and how many carpenters will be on-site. Each fitting is completed with care — tidy workspaces, dust sheets down, and a perfect finish every time.

Aftercare

Once installed, we’ll check you’re happy with everything before taking the final payment. Should you ever need advice or assistance, our team is always here to help.
